14-day withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may withdraw from most distance contracts within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us at info@couchcardtrading.com.
Exceptions
Sealed products that have been opened after delivery, and gift cards already delivered by email with your express request to start performance, are excluded from withdrawal where the law allows.
Damaged or wrong item
Contact us with photos within a reasonable time. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate.
