These Terms of Service govern purchases from Couch Card Trading at https://shop.couchcardtrading.com, operated by Couch Card Trading in the Netherlands. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. The shop
We sell trading cards, sealed product, accessories and gift cards from our own inventory. Stock and prices can change until your order is paid and confirmed.
2. Orders and payment
Checkout is handled by Stripe. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including card and iDEAL where available. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and stock is reserved.
3. Shipping
We ship within Europe with PostNL. Shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds are shown in the cart before payment. Risk of loss transfers when the parcel is handed to the carrier, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
4. Gift cards
Gift cards are available from €5 to €100 in whole euros only. You may choose delivery by email or by post and add an optional message. Emailed gift cards are delivered digitally after payment. When you ask us to send a gift card by email immediately, you agree that the 14-day withdrawal right ends once the code is delivered electronically.
5. Returns
EU consumers may withdraw from most distance purchases within 14 days. Sealed collectibles that have been opened, and gift cards already delivered by email, are excluded where the law allows. See our Returns page.
